SHIPPING POLICY
At Sarvaah, we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple, and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping, and payment process to make your life easy. We use multiple courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, FedEx, First Flight, Delhivery, etc., to ship your products.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping anywhere in India if your cart value is Rs. 500 and above. A nominal fee will be charged on orders below the cart value of Rs. 500 based upon rural or urban areas. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Dispatch and Delivery:
Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not shipping outside India due to some custom problems.
Cancellation Policy:
In case we receive a cancellation email and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Sarvaah reserves the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Sarvaah and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
Delivery time:
3-5 dsays delivery time within 5-7 days and refund is accepted it will be processed within 5-7 days
Cancellation of Order by Sarvaah:
Sarvaah reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded, and the User shall be informed of the same. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User, any extra cost spent by Sarvaah for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
Replacement/Refund Policy:
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit
- There might be a manufacturing defect
- A wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. If the package shows signs of leakage or obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a refund or replacement, email us at support@sarvaah.com with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation. If the replacement item is not available, we will try to provide the customer with the best possible alternatives, but ultimately the choice of the customer will be final. If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
